PRINCIPLES

Shared principles

The three Idea Nexus categories share one operating discipline.

Human agency

AI should increase the range and quality of human action, not make the humans who supplied the context disappear from the record.

Provenance

Claims, decisions, and outputs need a path back to their sources. Uncertainty should be visible rather than polished away.

Network context

Meaning is shaped by relationships, history, incentives, and position in a system. Data without context is often a convincing fragment.

Bounded experiments

We prefer a small intervention with a measurable outcome to an enterprise-wide promise with no baseline.

Honest rejection

The right answer may be no AI, not yet, or a simpler system. A diagnostic that always recommends its own product is not a diagnostic.

Receipts

Every important claim should have an artifact behind it: a map, a source, a pilot result, a decision log, or an outcome record.
