Idea Nexus Ventures builds systems for more capable human networks. This policy explains what we collect through our public websites and services, why we use it, and the boundaries we keep.

Information we receive
- Information you choose to send us, such as your name, email address, message, or scheduling details.
- Technical information needed to operate and secure the sites, such as request timestamps, browser details, approximate location from network data, and error logs.
- Information you provide when using an AI-assisted service, limited to what is needed to answer the request or produce the requested artifact.
How we use it
We use information to provide and improve requested services, respond to support requests, maintain security, measure whether a service works, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We may use hosting, analytics, scheduling, email, and AI infrastructure providers to operate the service. They receive only the information needed for the relevant function and are governed by their own terms and policies. Public pages may use privacy-preserving or aggregate analytics.
AI-assisted services
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Do not submit secrets, highly sensitive personal information, or information you are not authorized to share. Uncle Vibecoder is an AI system, not Leo, and is not a therapist, lawyer, doctor, financial adviser, or autonomous operator. Consequential decisions and external actions remain human-owned.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as needed for the stated purpose, security, legitimate business records, or legal requirements. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us through the contact page. We may need to verify the request and may retain a limited record where required by law or to prevent abuse.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service changes. The effective date above will change when we do.
