What we provide
Idea Nexus Ventures provides public information, research, software experiments, and AI-assisted services. Specific services may have additional terms shown at the point of use.
AI-assisted output
AI output is a draft, analysis, or navigational aid—not a guarantee. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. Nothing we provide is financial, legal, medical, tax, employment, or investment advice.
Human ownership and external actions
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, you remain responsible for decisions, approvals, credentials, purchases, messages, publication, and other external actions. Our services do not create an agency, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or advisory relationship.
Your responsibilities
- Provide information you are authorized to share.
- Do not use the service to break the law, invade privacy, impersonate someone, or interfere with the service.
- Review generated work for accuracy, rights, safety, and suitability before use.
- Keep your accounts and credentials secure.
Intellectual property
You retain rights you already own in material you submit. Subject to payment or other agreed terms, you may use deliverables created for you. We retain rights in our pre-existing systems, methods, software, and general know-how. Do not submit material that infringes another person's rights.
No warranty
The services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, a particular business outcome, or that every output will be suitable for your situation.
Limits
To the extent permitted by law, Idea Nexus Ventures is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of a service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
